ToS. FINALLY.

1. Terms are primarily non-negotiable -- if you don't agree to something in here, I won't accept your commission. Very minor things might be up for discussion.

2. PROCESS: Upon discussion and agreement of subject matter of your commission and receiving of the note/email describing your request, I require some amount of payment up front to begin work. Depending on the total cost agreed upon of your piece, this amount varies (take note of #3), but will generally be half of total due ( ), a percentage of total due ( ), or payment in full ( ). Upon the time of payment received, I will begin work. Once a sketch is completed, I will present you with a low-resolution version of your image for approval. Once the sketch is approved, I will ink the piece; pending approval, I then require either the remaining sum due ( ), or another percentage of the total sum ( ). If traditional work, no more revisions are possible after this point! Coloring will then be done, and upon completion, I will send you a high-resolution version of your image, and mail it to you if traditional. Any outstanding sum is due at this time.

Addendum: that is merely as thorough as I will work. I know many customers are far more lax and less nit-picky about seeing every step of the process. If you don't necessarily feel the need to approve every step, just let me know.

3. Commission Quality/Price Stuff: If you pay me $10, expect a sketch back. I cannot justify being paid $40 dollars for an image that takes me well over 10 hours to complete. Either you get a quick, less detailed and finished image for cheap, or you pay extra to get something better. I have a general set price for my things like one character and uncomplicated background, etc. But complicated characters (multiple colors/body parts) will be priced higher. As I also cannot justify only getting paid $30 for a character that has a 14 color palette, twelve tails and wings.) An additional (x) will be added to a piece for the background. Where (x) is decided by the commissioner and artist according to the complication of said background.

* Ick Fee: Please refer to #5. If what you’re requesting is on that list, please understand that I will charge a higher price than my standard. Depending on what is being requested, you and I will settle on a price that makes me feel comfortable with the commission.

4. RIGHTS: The artist -- me -- retains all reproduction rights unless otherwise requested (in other words, I can still sell prints of your piece, or otherwise use it in any manner).

5. WILL/ WON'T DRAW: Here is the list of things out of my comfort zone, but will still draw with the “Ick fee*” applied:

Cub
Bestiality
Vore
Fat Furs
Watersports
Transformation
Multiple Genitalia (aka, more than two boobs, one dick, one set of balls, etc.)
Incest
Inflation
Fursuit
Rape
(Getting into the bloodier side of things. Straight up guro will not be drawn, ever.)

Also, please understand that if what you’re requesting isn’t already in my gallery, chances are, I haven’t drawn it before. While I will try my hardest to draw what you want, it may not come out as “professional” as other artists’ may do it. They’ve probably been at it for some time. HOWEVER, if you have a reference for a pose, position, what have you, I will not –- I repeat—will not be expected to copy that pose exactly. I will do my best to make sure it is similar and that you are satisfied, but I will not copy the pose in its entirety, or the style that it is in. I will not trace or otherwise steal someone’s artwork or style, for any reason.

Everything in the list above will most likely not be posted to my account.

I do not mind if you post it to yours, but depending on the nature of the piece, I may ask you to not credit me. >> I’ll draw it, but I really don’t want to be known as “That chick that drew my incestuous multi-breasted bear cub twins voring their egregiously huge mother, who incidentally was wearing a taco fursuit at the time.”

6. REVISIONS: Three (3) minor adjustments or revisions will be allowed for free, with each subsequent revision accruing an additional 5$. Major revisions (generally constituting total pose changes or the like; this is up to the discretion of the artist) will accrue an additional 5$ per revision. (This is after the whole thing has been sketched out. I generally go through several pose changes when sketching, so that’s my own problem. But if I have sketched an entire piece, and for whatever reason you are unhappy with it, and want an entire new sketch, you will be asked to pay the extra $5) Exceptions granted to any revision that is necessary due to the artist's error -- I won't charge you if I colored your character wrong or something like that. No revisions can be done on traditional media past the ink stage of work.

7. DEADLINES: Any deadline issued will be respected. If none is specified, your piece will typically be completed in two months or less, with exceptions granted to larger projects or other circumstantial cases. If two month's time has passed and I have not yet begun on your piece, you will then be given the option to receive a refund or remain in queue. If, after two months, I have completed only a portion of your piece, then you will be given the option of receiving a partial refund and receiving the work that has been completed, or remain in queue.

8. PAYMENTS: Payments will either be received in whole or in a number of payments to be determined at the beginning of the commission. Work will not be posted/sent without complete payment, no exceptions!

9. WORK ORDER: I do not necessarily complete commissions in the order that they were received! I have a tendency on completing whatever I feel like drawing at that moment, or whatever my "muse" is wanting to complete. If I complete another commission before yours, don't fret -- I'm still working on yours, just out of order!

10. CONTACT: You may note me at Kyomana@furaffinity, or send me an email at dancexfloorxdisaster@gmail.com I very rarely use any messengers, but if you MUST get in contact with me through a messenger, I will send it to you.

11. CLEVER CATCH-ALL: Any attempt to evade or otherwise "find loopholes" in my terms of service will render your commission void, a partial or full refund issued depending on work completed, and your commission will be cancelled. Don't try and be sneaky. It's not cool. :3
